Struan Rodger, born in 1956 is a british actor. His first feature film role was in the

Oscar winning Chariots of Fire 1981. He is best known in the TV detective series

Chandler & Co. but he has appeared in numerous episodes of Miss Marple,Maigret

& Midsomer Murders. We met in the Plough pub in Bloomsbury in the 1970's

when he became a good friend of my family. He is a long time habitue of the French pub where I took this photo in 2008
